1.Do Exercises daily:

4.Drink water in associate adequate quantity:

5.Read minimum 1 page of book everyday:
Life not only requires academic knowledge but it also requires knowledge about itself - life . You can read about the practical situations of life, biographies of people from where you will get the knowledge of different aspects of life and when the situation will come into your life,you can tackle with them easily without any stress .
