How to manage time

As you know that if you are not able to complete all your task and manage all the thing properly and if you are blaming that it is due to shortage of time . Then this the problem of poor management of time.

But the question arises that how to manage your time so that all taks will be completed on that particular day and it will create not backlogs.

So, let's know some tips on how to manage time and can do all your work perfectly .

1.Keep a wrist watch with yourself: 

Always try to keep a wrist watch along with yourself so that you will be concentrated towards your goal . If you will wear a wrist watch then it will continuously make you remember about the time and how fast it's passing rather than checking again and again on phone.




2.Make to do lists :

Before starting your work , try to make a to do list for that particular day. Write down all the important taks you have to do in that particular day. So , that you will have an idea about your goals . You don't have to remind that which tasks you have to do. Don't forget to add your free time or family time along with your list of goals.




3. Set reminders:

If you are unable to remember all the things you have to do and it's creating a lots of incomplete or pending tasks then simply you can set reminders . So, that it will not waste your time in remembering the things all the day. You can simply focus on your present goal.



4.Stay away from distractions:

Suppose it's 8:00 pm and you are working . Suddenly a notification comes on your phone and all the mind goes towards that notification and you spends a lot of time there . After some time you check the time ,that it is 8:30 pm . Now, you will think , I will complete the work after dinner. But , after dinner your energy will be totally exhausted and you will not be able to do the work. This will become a continuous loop and there will be bundle of pending tasks.

So, it's better to keep your notification button off during your work otherwise you will continue to complaint that I have no time.





5.Have focus towards your goals :

How many tips you are applying to manage your time perfectly but if you not serious about your goals then there will be no benefit in following these. Try to be focused on your gaols and dreams. Try to work hard for them in the limited amount of time .
