2.Hastasana :
This pose is called raised arms pose in english. In this pose you have to inhale deeply and then you have to look upward . Then , raise your arms above your head where the fingers will point straight direction.
Now , you have to bend your hips a little forward so as to bend your body.
3.Hasta padasana :
This pose is called hand to foot pose in english. In this pose you simply have to exhale and bring you palm and upper body down . In this situation you have to keep your spine and legs straight and erect.
4.Ashwa sanchalana :
This pose is called equestrian pose in english. In this pose first you have to inhale and move your right leg back and the right leg's knee on the floor . Now, bend the left leg forward and keep you plams in between your left leg
5.Dandasana or phalakasana :
This asana is called stick pose in english. In this asana you have to inhale and simply have to bring back your left leg back . Keep your full body in a straight line.
6. Ashtanga namaskar :
In english it's meaning is salute with eight parts of body. In this posture bring your knees down and exhale. Now move your hips back slightly and slide your body so that your chin and chest touches the floor. Basically , your two knees , two feet , chest and chin and two hands should touch the floor.
7. Bhujangasana :
Bhujangasana is called cobra pose in english. You have to remember the cobra pose in real life. You also have to make the same structure . Move forward and now move the chest in upper direction and look upward.
8. Adhomukhasana :
Adhomukhasana is called downward facing dog pose in english. Now, breathe out and move your hips upward . Move the body in such a way that it is making an inverted "V" shape.
9.Ashwa sanchalana :
